Welcome to my new online session booking system!
I am very excited to offer this to my clients. I hope this helps us stay in best communication from now on and I hope that you find that this system is easy to navigate.
- For your first time scheduling here, after reading my "how to guide", scroll up to the words schedule a session.
- Pick the booking option that fits for your horse. A note to most of my existing clients you will choose Massage and Bemer Regular Session and click book. If you are a New Client, please choose New Client 1st session and click book.
- Then pick a date and time that works best for you and I. Once selected click book again. Please note you may pick multiple times back to back for multiple horses prior to checkout.
- Some basic information questions are asked to get you on my calendar. The questions include your barn address, full name, email, phone number, names of the animals I will be working on, and if you would like to add on an additional service.
- At this time you will see 2 options. First is confirm booking and the second is book more services. If you have only one horse then click confirm booking. If you want to add more services for another horse or schedule further out click book more services. Please note that you should pay attention to the duration of the massage and the time you have chose to book. For example, if you book at 2pm for a 2 hour New Client massage and then try to book at 330pm for another session the system will not allow you and you will have to delete the 330pm session out of your cart and return to add more services and adjust to 4pm.
- If you added on more services and are completed with your additions then click confirm bookings.
- You will be sent 2 emails initially. The first email will ask you to create an account with me to ensure easier booking next time (I will not sell your information or spam you with emails). If you create an account you will be able to sign in on my website under the Bookings tab you will see your bookings past and present, save them to your calendar and reschedule at your convenience.
- The second email is to confirm your booking has been confirmed. Under the email that confirms the booking, will be my home address that I use to calculate roundtrip mileage. If you have questions regarding my new mileage fee please call or text me.
- Finally, The new scheduling system will also send out an email to you the day before our session to confirm our session time.
